And at Tatsu Ramen, we’ve got one of the best broths in town. Our secret (or not-so-secret) recipe: pork chashu simmered to perfection with just the right amount of salt and umami. Seasoned soft-boiled egg, firm on the outside, soft and gooey on the inside. Marry that with noodles cooked perfectly al dente and you have a ramen bowl so good you have to come back for seconds!
We’ve got bold bowls like our Bold Ramen—a slow-cooked Tonkotsu (pork) broth finished with a perfect blend of 11 bold ingredients—or traditional bowls like our Best Tonkotsu Ramen, West Los Angeles, which features thin noodles served with Tatsu Egg, scallions and fried onions.
